Good to know

Common questions about money and scheduling.

What if I need to cancel?

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged the full fee, though I’ll waive it for real emergencies.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the federal No Surprises Act, anyone not using insurance has the right to a written estimate of expected costs before starting care. I’ll send you one with your intake paperwork.

How often will we meet?

Most people start weekly. Once things settle, many move to every other week. We’ll decide together and revisit it as you go.

Do online and in-person sessions cost the same?

Yes. The fee is the same however we meet. Online sessions are available to clients located in California and Oregon. I also see clients in person in Portland on Saturdays.
