Session Fee

My fee is $200 for a 50-minute psychotherapy session. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary by insurance plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits.

Sliding Scale

I believe quality mental health care should be as accessible as possible. For clients experiencing financial hardship or living on a limited or fixed income, I reserve a small number of reduced-fee appointments. If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out, and we can discuss whether a sliding-scale appointment may be available.
